Universal Replacement Headgear for Full Mask, Replace Part CPAP Ventilator Headband (Without Mask) (Blue)

Make sure you keep your clasps from the original gear. I’m sure someone will but this thinking it comes with the clasps, but it doesn’t. My clasps fit onto these replacements with no problems. Fits comfortably and I can adjust the Velcro. The Velcro on these are **way** stronger than the Velcro on the original gear that came with my CPAP mask. It is a good thing, but I also adjust my Velcro while in the twilight phase of sleep if my face gets uncomfortable. It is hard to adjust when you’re 3/4 of the way in dreamland. However, it just shows that this Velcro isn’t budging while you’re tossing and turning through the night. It’s a good replacement and saved me money so I didn’t have to buy a whole new mask set as my CPAP mask company doesn’t sell replacement head straps. I guess that’s how they get you to keep buying the whole set, but my wallet wasn’t about that life right now. Good for, good stretch, good hold, and good price.

Worked very well with the mask I have. Better adjustable

I have had my CPAP machine for several years and the head strap was worn out. It would not hold the nose mask properly afainst my face and irritating air leakage would wake me up often during the night. I checked the length of this head strap against my old one and decided it would be a good size for replacement. Of course, expect a night or two for readjustment of the new strap. The bands on this one are slightly wider than my old one but it seems to be more comfortable. Plus, the velcro really holds! No worries about a strap suddenly releasing during the night. I think you will like this one!

Very stiff compared to my original headgear. I had a hard time getting my mask to conform to my face due to the stiffness of the material. Almost no give.

We are happy with the Headgear, but the Velcro is so strong that the fabric separated on the first use, but I have needle and thread, and we are still using it

Wow, haven't written many negative reviews... but this is the exception. This looks like ResMed's headgear, but far from it. Opened package, began to adjust the velcro for the clips, the velcro was so strong, it pulled the fabric away from the base material! Literally right outta the package, it separated the fabric! OK, it'll still function, so I continued, put it on my mask similar to my old one, start to put it on, OUCH! NOPE! It's so tight, I can't get it on. OK, I figure it's new, I just need to allow more length... so I added some length, put it back on, that's when I noticed, there is NO STRETCH to this headgear at ALL! No stretch at all... The headgear was either too tight and allowed no movement, or too loose, not keeping a good seal. That's what you get with no stretch. I compared to my old ones, they had stretch to allow for a tight seal and also movement. These did NOT, absolutely no stretch at all. Couldn't wear this at all to even try it... will be returning... These are terrible quality and material, not emulating ResMed original quality at all.

Good replacement for the old headgear. Pros: Decent quality. Cons: Too strong Velcro grip (could lead to UBL layer separation from the middle foam layer)

This is a poor rendition of an actual resmed neoprene headgear. It has little elasticity and is not soft. However, I've bought other headgear off of Amazon that were a lot worse. This one isn't as bad, and the price makes it even better. So I'm relatively impressed. Would I recommend? Sure, I'll even give it 4 stars. Better than other knock offs, and more comfortable than my worn out gear. Best replacement I've found so far.
