Can i install linux next to windows or install as replacement os? will any keyboard and mouse work?

You can install Linux in a dual boot configuration. There is a place to install an internal SSD inside the computer - I'd recommend a 250 GB; otherwise you'll only have 45 or so GB after Windows 10 installs and about 8 GB less after you install Linux. I'd go with either Linux Mint or Ubuntu. If you don't add the SSD, you can use an external drive for storage and you could use a thumb drive to boot Linux and save the files to an external disk. There is only 4GB of RAM so don't expect blazing fast speeds and keep the number of open windows / applications on the low end. Any keyboard - mouse will work. There are two legacy 2.0 ports you can use for peripherals or you can use a blue-tooth mouse and key-board combination. Will this pc auto boot when power is restored?

Not an answer. To the quesiton will it auto boot the seller answered no. Does that mean it is not possible to set this system to autoboot or that it does not come set to autoboot from the factory. BIG DIFFERENCE. I want to make a sign and do not want someone to have to climb a ladder and push a button to turn the power on if there is a long power failure. IS IT POSSIBLE TO CHANGE BIOS SETTINGS TO START THE COMPUTER AUTOMATICALLY AFTER POWER FAILURE?
