Even weight limit on item description may be a bit generous So with that said: Nice entry level resistance bungee training rope. Price is good.

Been using this with my daughter, who is a competitive soccer player. I'm a former tennis professional, so I've used training aids like this before. The materials are all foundationally solid. No worries of anything snapping or fear of malfunction. My daughter doesn't need a ton of resistance and I can easily control her when I'm on the other side of the harness. If I were to use it on a bigger, stronger athlete, I'd like a little more resistance for them. I'd call this a perfect starter set. For older, more explosive athletes, this might not give them enough high end resistance. For many...excellent product. 5 stars

Hi! I'm 43-years-old and care way too much about how I do in my adult ice hockey league. I use this harness and bungee (along with my slide board) in my home gym to work on my butterfly positioning while off-ice. I also use it to work on my lateral explosive work. The harness and the belt both fit well, but you're going to want to try this with some clothing on underneath. The bungee is fine. I would love it if it had a bit more tension or was a little shorter, but that's just personal preference. I can see several athletic applications where something like this set would help build explosive movements. If you have about everything else you could need for your home gym, I think this bungee and harness setup would make a nice addition!
