The media could not be loaded. I’ve only used this one time, but I plan to continue use as directed. My oldest cat is a Tortie. I noticed her fur isn’t as nice as it used to be and has a lot of dandruff. After one use I can tell it’s helping so I will continue with it. It’s expensive, but worth it if it works. I had an elderly cat who stopped grooming himself and wouldn’t let me bathe him or brush him. I wish I knew about this product back then. My Tortie doesn’t tolerate much either, but this is easy to use. Just apply like a flee treatment and brush the next day.

Works for flakey skin!
I don't know how this works, but it does! My cat is dark gray and I started to see little skin flakes in his fur. I brush him daily, but more and more flakes kept appearing. My vet recommended that I feed him a bit more wet food on a regular basis, which I am still doing, but it didn't really seem to reduce the flakes. So, I searched online for something else to try and found Essential 6 Spot On. It is applied on the skin and the ingredients are mostly plant oils. Several days after I put it on his neck the flakes went away and his fur was noticeably more shiny! It does have an herbal/minty smell when first applied, but it's not that bad and after a day or so it is gone completely. The application schedule is once a month and the effects do last for the entire month.

Silky soft Himalayan fur...and a dog too
Pleasant natural scent; my Himalayan’s snowy white coat becomes so incredibly silky smooth you can hardly feel it as you’re petting her...it works really well for her. I have for my golden retriever too and cat’s applications yield best results. It helps dog’s coat but he has more allergy related issues too that cause flaking and red spots, so Dermoscent helps but by no means could function as a primary treatment. Usually I use it to stretch between his weekly baths and apply mid-week. I apply cat’s once every week or two, just depending on how she’s looking. For reference, cat is almost 13 and has a kitten-like softness (no fading out or dryness of coat); dog is 10, and also gets high quality fish oil, coconut oil, & Wondercide skin tonic daily. Weekly baths are chlorhexidine 4% shampoo. Curaseb smells so much better than douxo!

Don’t use this on your pet!
This Spot On is very dangerous for your cat. I used it on the back of Nyla’s neck and after a few days she has broken out with a big bald spot the size of a silver dollar. And I am being charged almost 10 dollars for Amazon to pick it up. I’m very upset, and might have to take her to the vet.

Saw Improvement but hard to apply
I did see a change in my cat's skin, he had less flakes. However, he hates getting it applied and would fight to run the minute he smelled it when I opened it. It ended up running down his fur. It does have a very strong smell so if you are sensitive to scents, just be aware that your cat will smell like flowers for a week

Wow - It really works!
My calico cat has had dandruff and seemingly dirty/greasy hair across her back since we rescued her as a kitten. I have tried soooo many different shampoos and treatments -- none of which "fixed" the issue for more than a day or two. Until now - when I tried Essential 6 spot-on for Cats..We have only used it once a week for three weeks, and already, her dandruff is GONE, and her fur is soft and fluffy. It has NEVER been soft and fluffy before. I have yet to learn how this works, but -- it does. I'm thrilled..About the scent - it's really strong when you put it on (but not at all unpleasant), but the scent "calms down" pretty quickly.

It works
I have a 7 year old cat. He usually would get dandruff in the winter, but he started having it all over, all the time. I changed his food to skin+coat. Brushing 3x a week. Nothing was helping. Bought this from a recommendation, and no lie - it worked in a day. I don’t believe it actually. Photos are before and after. It does have a strong smell. It’s not unpleasant, but cats hate scented products. He hid for the whole day which is very unusual for him. Wish they made this odorless. Otherwise, confirming it works!

Didn't work for my cat
This product made my cat smell lovely, made her fur shiny, and didn't irritate her skin at all, but it did not help for her dandruff. I used it weekly for two months and at the end of the trial I felt her dandruff was actually worse. I wish Allerderm still made their Spot-On because that worked so well for her dandruff. I'm going to try Douxo SEB now and see if that helps.
