Really a wonderful product , compared other electric cookers and found this one to be best as it provides steel container inside which is good for cooking , apart from it has steam basket with a steel rack and holding silicone glove and spoon , which no other company provides , I called customer care and Payal ghosh helped with how to start the cooker and how to select each menu

I have been using it for the past 6 months. It is just a pressure cooker with 2 extremely great benefits for bachelors/working professionals.First benefit is that, once you have everything ready, you can set the timer and leave the house without any worry of the whistle (like in regular gas cooker) or any other safety issues. I am a working professional and I cook “Dal” and “Rice” “together” inside it and when I return in the evening, everything is cooked to perfection.Second benefit is that the keep warm function keeps the food at just the right temperature when it is time to eat. Also when I return home I can have one glance at the timer and know if there was any power cut during the day(because if there were any, there would be no timer on the cooker and I can open the cooker and check if the power cutoff was before or after the food was cooked.)I have deducted 1 star only because the cooker does not RESUME after a power cut. Hence if you have set a cooking timer off 2 hours (leave the house) and there is a power cut(even for 1 second) during that period, then the food will remain uncooked (on your return). I should have a functionality like modern washing machines which resume the washing after a powercut.Also a final review on the customer care team. Recently my cooker started malfunctioning and I contacted the customer care for support. “Payel Gosh” form the customer care team handled the situation effectively and replaced my cooker with a new cooker within 3-4 days.

I am using it since Five months everyday . It works very well . It helps fast cooking . Programming is simple . Cleaning is easy . It is a boon for working family to prepare fast food . You do not have to waste time standing near the cooker. It is automatic. It preserves aroma and taste compared to conventional cooking . It would become a standard product replacing the conventional cooker . Further LPG will become costlier and green electricity cheaper. It is rated 1200 watt and may consume less depending on the quanitty . It is safer . The product has a bright future . We have to see the life and spares availability . The manufacturer should make available spares online and services available . The silicone O ring is well placed .

No customer support. Rice sticks at the base. No proper video to refer how to cook Rice. Rice water ratio. One of the worst product with no customer support team.

This product is very good. It is very useful and very powerful. and its colour and looks are very good But Agaro replacement and return service is very bad.

Perfect for today's kitchen. Made my day to day kitchen work so easy.very elegant look and a very decent performance. Perfect for pressure cooking or any other type of cooking. Cleaning is the best part. Hassle free cleaning. I am sharing this after about 3-4 months of use. And one thing more....the service support is at par with the best in the market.
