Microphone
People can't hear me well unless I hold the mic as close to my mouth as possible. Otherwise comfortable and works well

Bad Phone Quality
Mixed quality. Half the time nobody can hear me and I have to practically have the mic in my mouth.

Perfect!
I started working at home and needed a headset! So many to choose from and didn’t want to spend a small fortune so I picked this one out. Had no problem attaching it to my phone. Surprisingly it’s very comfortable on my head and ears. Plus does cancel a lot of the background noise , not that it’s really noisy in my home office. Cats for co-workers at home. Lol!

Don't buy if you have an AT&T phone
Piece of garbage. First it took awhile to find connector to use with headset. When I started using headset (for work) the customer said I kept cutting out. I do not recommend.

This is what I was looking for.
This MAIRDI headset works well with both my cellphone and my Plantronics telephone for my landline. The audio is as clear as you can expect for a telephone; there is no static, and the audio is as loud as I want it, and the person on the other end can hear me fine. The headset comes with some extra adapters for telephones I don't have, so I can't speak for them. If anybody cares, my Plantronics telephone is the ancient SP-04 model, which uses an RJ9 connector between the phone and its headset. Swapping out the plantronics headset with this Mairdi headset was effortless. My only complaint is the earpieces are smaller diameter than I prefer. They press against a smaller area on my ears than other headsets, so maybe my ears would get sore after a few hours (long COVID conference calls).

This is my perfect Headset!
I needed a single headset that could connect to my office Mitel phone and to my laptop using USB for skype/MS Teams, etc..Bonus would be to also have a mini-phone plug that could connect to my iPhone 6sBonus-Bonus would be a quick connector so I could quickly move between my Mitel and my PCcheck, check and bonus-checkThe icing on the cake is it sounds really good and cherry on top is the price. They bought me a Jabra USB at work, and it sounds good, but not better than this and it cannot do all the connections this one can. I have recommended it to the IT department here to use instead of the Jabra

Volume
The only issue the person using it has had is every so often someone says that can’t hear him and when he turns the volume up they are very loud in his ear.
