I took these prenatals religiously for 5 months before TTC, and not only was my hair in the best condition of my life, I got pregnant on the first try. Not sure if that's related, but I truly did love these prenatals!

These are the best things you can get and take for you and your babies health. I had a nurse while I was in the hospital, tell me she was very impressed by everything the prenatals contained. please don’t hesitate to get.

While these vitamins seem to have everything, I can not get over the smell and taste. Even if I manage to swallow then the taste comes up fkr hours after. You can’t return it get a refund so just beware if you want to try these and are sensitive to smells and tastes.

I just started taking them. They provided me with more energy and help with my brain frog.

2-1-23 I might possibly give these prenatal vitamins a 5 star review if the smell from the step one vitamins and minerals was not so pungent to me. For this, I give them about 4 stars since there is no 3.5. If your stomach is upset and you have the sensitivity to smell and food aversions, You might not want to get this product because even with might cause you to lose your lunch. If you can stomach the smell Before & After pregnancy that's fine but during pregnancy you might not be able to handle if you smell them. I suggest taking one capsule out and closing the lid and then swallowing the pill right away without breathing or inhaling the step 1 capsule. For the price, the ingredients are great, there's everything you need inside including the natural folate from foods, which is better than synthetic folic acid normally in supplements, and DHA that is important for pregnancy. Some prenatal vitamins I've had didn't contain iron but this one does and some don't contain folic acid or folate or the DHA or EPA but this one contains Folate, Iron and DHA. I would just check if the dosages are right for you being that most of them have a 100% of daily value or were some have 13, 50 or 67% instead. Just watch your diet if you don't want to think about taking too much of something. These do have all the B vitamins for energy so I suggest taking these in the morning so this staves off the fatigue pregnant women or actually any woman might get. 4-8-23 Update I felt fine taking these supplements since some mess up my stomach or make me feel dizzy or jittery and anxious but all good.

Like many other reviewers, I have to hold my breath when taking these supplements. I never thought I’d complain about the smell of a supplement but it’s absolutely raunchy. I can even smell it with a closed bottle. I likely won’t purchase again because I dread having to take them.

All the ingredients and intentions of this product is great. I had read some reviews saying it smells terrible and I thought I would be able to get over it. When they arrived and I opened the bottle it Stank up the WHOLE room. It smells horrible and gives me a headache.My body naturally wants to reject it by throwing up.I also DREAD having to take them everyday . I promise I am not exaggerating I wouldn’t have wrote a review for no reason. Be aware of the smell No one in the comment section is exaggerating when they say it smells horrible Definitely not worth $45

I wouldn’t take any other prenatal while pregnant again!
