Giorgio Mushrooms, Sliced, Organic, 4-Ounce (Pack of 12)

I have used this company’s mushrooms before And have always been pleased with them. They are flavorable and I use them in many recipes.

Really good taste and about as close to fresh as I can get. Not easy to find in some stores, so I order on line. When I do buy fresh mushrooms at the wholesale club, there is usually some waste when I don't use them all, quickly. These do the job, are tasty in all my dishes. Chicken marsala, pizza, rice, stews, etc.

I prefer fresh mushrooms but these are an excellent replacement. Good texture and flavor. Handy to have when you want to add mushrooms to a Recipe.

As others have said these are whole slices not little bits and stems. There is just enough water in the can to package the shrooms, so it's a good deal. I recommend to rinse well. I like to put them on a paper towel and let it partially dry so their more like fresh (absorbing the goodness of the rest of the dish). And it's organic so it's good all around.

This product is great! I have ordered it quite frequently. I had stopped ordering the product when the price creeped up more than 50% from the original. I ordered this on 11/5 for 9.99 and after receiving the order decided to order more...the price had doubled in 5 days. There seems to be major game playing going on.....I'm out.

These are the best canned mushrooms I've ever eaten. They're not mushy or slimy as canned shrooms can sometimes be, and they have a good robust flavor that doesn't taste exactly like the can. I tend to cook with fresh mushrooms a lot, but I always keep a stock of these in the cabinet.
