Larger than some, so it moves more air
I bought this as it has good filtration and is a bit larger than some other models, which is good for my purposes.

Great design with sift tip
The soft tip allows you to get really close to hard surfaces without fear of damaging delicate surfaces.Lenses in telescopes, cameras and microscopes can be cleaned without fear. Reflectors and eyepieces too.Very solid blast of clean air delivered close to the intended target is just what you need and this product performs that better than any other I've tried. On optical surfaces this is a much safer option than compressed air which gets very cold when it exits the can from the expanding accelerant, causing condensation on the very optics you're trying to clean. Leave the compressed air for electronics, this is for optics.

Bad design. Works, but filter assembly pops off and breaks apart when hits floor
Pro: strong air flow and cool to have a filterCon: Cap that secures filter assembly was apparently loose and after about 30 squeezes, the entire filter assembly popped off, crashed into floor and somehow exploded into 4 pieces. Nothing broke but it’s a bad design. Also it landed on my dirty floor and got dog hair and floor dust all over the filter. For the price (I could have bought 3 decent cheaper blowers) they should somehow engineer it so the filter assembly doesn’t pop off that easily. I wasn’t even squeezing bulb that hard. The remedy is to put some flexible tape such as electrical tape or friction tape around the base where the filter assembly is inserted in the bulb. If the manufacturer is reading this, I would make the filter nipple a little longer and make it ribbed to fit into a matching groove in the rubber bulb. Another note: I inserted the filter in all the way as intended, and in the morning, it popped half way out by itself overnight. Seems like, the filter assembly is like an earthquake fault and slips out super slowly over time. In summary, if you buy this, just make sure filter cap is screwed tight counter clockwise and assembly is fully seated and put some tape around the filter base and you will have a nice blower.

good buy.
good buy. Love the rubber tip so you don't risk scorches been blowing of debris.

Excellent foy claning telescope lenses and filters
This accesory has been the perfect companion for my imaging nights next to the telescope. When dust is magnified it creates discs or doughnut shade areas that could eventually ruin you image if you don't take the necessary precautions (e.g. taking flat images).Nevertheless, I always start assemblying my imaging train or changing my filters with a session of manual air blowing provided by this item, which is a less invasive technique compared to wiping (and scratching) the surface of my lens by using microfiber clothes and alcohol.Compared to similar dust blowers this item don't let the dust particles come-in and be re-blowed against your lens or sensors.

sluggish blower action
overall this blower is well-made; however, even with the filter unit detached, the intake valve still doesn't let air into the bulb quickly, making blower action sluggish on repeated squeezes.

Not like my old rocket
I find these very useful for many hobbies, besides cleaning lenses. This is as good as it gets for these squeeze blowers. It is supple and has a precision tip. The tip has a rubberized coating, so you dont risk scratching something it touches. I love it when a company tries to make the BEST engineered product possible.

Good for blowing dust off the telescope lens
I needed this to clean my new to me telescope and it was an easy clean without having to touch the lens.
