These are great lights. I've ordered 3 sets and am using them in dark cabinets I want to see into and as accent lighting on art. I love the color options you can cycle thru too, and the timer is a great feature. I turn the lights on my art and set the timer and don't worry about remembering to turn them off. The only thing I'd recommend though is to ignore the free batteries they send with them, which must be pretty cheap considering the total price for the lights includes 18 AA batteries too. The batteries they include give out pretty quickly. Order some lithium batteries like these (https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B071D87WPV/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) and put them into your lights from the start and you'll be much happier. Particularly because the lights are a little stiff to open. I was tempted to use rechargeable batteries but the challenge of opening the lights repeatedly just made it not worth it. And the lithium last much longer than alkaline.

Purchased these and another set of in-row lights. Used these for a while, they are battery operated. WARNING: The batteries that come with them are cheap and LEAK FAST. Batteries within a month leaked inside the lights and 2 out of the 6 stopped working permanently even after cleaning. They worked but were not very bright, were convenient with the remote controls though. The velcro adhesive strips didn't hold very well and kept falling down had to keep putting them back up to start with and eventually gave up on the entire set and sent them off to the trash. Highly advise you skip on this product.

they are nice good quality but... when you click on the remote only certain ones turn on. picture the rays that come from the remote as a rifle, it only works on what is right in front of it. on the other hand (more gun representation) it should be more like a shotgun where it spreads out and works on all the lights. the only way these will work for you the way it is advertized is if you have them all right next to each other. i personally gave 4 of them to my brother and only used two! :(

Like the other reviews have stated these are very easy to set up. Stick in the three batteries per light puck, slap on the Velcro sticker pair, and then stick it on whatever surface you desire to have some additional light. In the picture attached you can see that I used two lights for the corner of the kitchen counter. I like to turn these lights on as they aren't incredibly bright and the timer function on the remote works quite well. I use this in the morning so that I don't accidentally wake up the little one with too much light. The reasons why I reduced this by a star is because of the the Velcro stickers and batteries. The Velcro itself is very very strong, but compared to the adhesive part (that attaches to surfaces) it is too strong so you'll likely rip off the Velcro from the surface you want to attach this to if you wanted to remove it to change out the batteries or something. It seems like three AA is a lot of batteries. It is nice that they include 18 AA batteries with your purchase but I am not sure how often I'll need to change them or want to change out so many batteries. Will update the review if and when those batteries go out! Overall, great purchase for what I needed it for.

One of my FAVORITE purchases ever on Amazon. So easy to install (3 minutes for all 6). And best of all, they ACTUALLY work every time. Colors are very cool. Everyone loves them, esp in the evening. Great product!

I ordered this a few days ago, and both the batteries and remote were defective. I was more OK with the defective batteries because they’re easy to replace—albeit it took 18 batteries to complete the job. After that, the lights worked fine, though they ARE a bit dim. I would ONLY recommend these for cabinet or closet lighting. If you’re looking into lights for room decor, get LED strips or lights that don’t use AA batteries. What was particularly disappointing however was that the remote was completely inoperable, even after swapping the batteries. The ability to operate the lights with a remote is the primary reason I purchased this specific set of lights. I am returning them and looking into some alternative options.

These light are very well made and as bright as your average night light. If you're looking to put them in a dark closet, I personally dont think they are bright enough for that with all 6 illuminated. They would be great as accent lights for party tables or decoration but not enough light to create ambiance in a large room. The remote needs to be within about 3ft and sometimes right near the light to control the settings. So that part was a little bit cumbersome Overall great little lights for the price.

Thought thes were great, used them for for a total of 10 hours, 5 of the six stopped working. Thought it kinda strange that the batteries would die so soon, so I changed them. They still don’t work. What junk, I would never buy them again
