Don't waste your $$
I gave 2 stars bc it arrived on time & packaged well... It isnt smudge or waterproof @ all within a couple of hrs it was all over my eyes!!!

Not worth the price. It isn't waterproof. It smears.

Greasy & not easy to use.
Color is strange . Doesn’t stay fixed as a liner & smears all over the eye. Not anything as described. I describe it as a grease pencil.
