Easy to eat, has a slightly sour taste and no pungent smell.

I've just started taking it so too early to tell if it works but the only thing I'm not a fan off is the taste. Its had a blueberry taste so I cant really add to my coffee with having a strange taste. Dissolves easy and a good value for money

What I like about this is it’s made with fish collagen so it’s probably healthier for you than the bovine options. It’s very low calorie. Only 8 cal.It does have the flavor of blueberry, but once I put it in my cappuccino and you can’t really taste the blueberry. Wish it was unflavored. There may be a new options now.Disolved easily.The sticks(individual serving) are packaged additionally by 10 and arrive in a nice “hat box” style container(pearlized pink).It’s very elegant and sticks are easy to tear open.
