Excellent product!!
Excellent source of collagen! Been using it for 4 years & i truly see the benefits to my body, face & overall elasticity to my skin & hair looks so much better too!!

Low calorie, blends well
What I like about this is it’s made with fish collagen so it’s probably healthier for you than the bovine options. It’s very low calorie. Only 8 cal. It does have the flavor of blueberry, but once I put it in my cappuccino and you can’t really taste the blueberry. Wish it was unflavored. There may be a new options now. Disolved easily. The sticks(individual serving) are packaged additionally by 10 and arrive in a nice “hat box” style container(pearlized pink). It’s very elegant and sticks are easy to tear open.

Blueberry Taste
I've just started taking it so too early to tell if it works but the only thing I'm not a fan off is the taste. Its had a blueberry taste so I cant really add to my coffee with having a strange taste. Dissolves easy and a good value for money
