Both of my daughters have very curly hair. One of them has hair so curly, she has tantrums and gets nervous at the prospect of washing her hair. I can honestly say this shampoo helped with easing that. We watched a YouTube video of a woman washing her daughter's curly hair with this product and decided to give it a shot. I didn't mind the chemical content and the tear free aspect is always a plus, especially with my youngest. The shampoo is light and easy to use with curls. It lathers up quickly so you can get the job done fast and keep the little ones happy. The smell is pleasant and it does not seem to dry out my other daughters hair even when we don't use the conditioner. I would take off one star because the bottle is fairly small and we have already gone through one bottle in a fairly short amount of time. They do sell multi-packs of it, but I would recommend getting the "shampoo/conditioner/detangler/leave in conditioner" combo pack first to try the products out together since they seem to compliment each other for kid's curly hair maintenance.

Does the trick for softening, cleansing and tear free for my son. I have been looking for the best and safest shampoo solution that would nourish my son’s hair and keep his eyes safe. Paid it with the nourishing leave-in conditioner de tangling spray or cream with ease.

I've been using cantu products in my daughter's hair for almost 2 years now .. This cantu shampoo works really well with her hair, it leaves her hair feeling clean and fresh

I highly suggest that you get this for your little ones hair. It is free of parabens, silicones and is great for CURLS, COILS AND WAVES. gently cleanses the hair. The bottle has a new look but it's still the same formula. Highly recommend. Leaves the hair feeling soft with a refreshing smell that lasts for days
