It made a very nice shampoo bar (melt and pour). Great lather, didn't dry hair and didn't trigger itching/allergies in our case. Left wavy hair soft.

This soap base is extremely easy to work with- easy to cut, zero scent, works well with double boil method or microwave method, smooth feel, quick clean up! This has been perfect for homemade soaps and tales very well to adding dried lavender and essential oils to add a scent of your choice. I recommend not wrapping these soaps in a paper wrapping nor a colored cellophane. It's best to wrap in a clear cellophane so the soap doesn't take on a color or moisture doesn't seep through paper.

This is the only soap I ever buy..melts down fast and also cools fast..I infuse herbs into my soaps and that works very well..I usually get 9 bars of soaps from one log. The soap always feels so soft the texture is great.

One of the best ideas for a Christmas gift I’ve ever had. He was delighted and is having so much fun as a soap maker and I get an endless supply of bars of soap with my favorite fragrances and wonderful rich lather.

It’s a good MP soap base. I normally use natural squatch-like soaps. With that being said, this is a good MP base but maybe not the one for me. I also ordered the goats milk base and will see how I like that. This soap base was very very easy to work with and left my skin soft. One down side is It’s already fragranced which after my shower I smell the soaps original, traditional soap fragrance on my skin not the fragrance I added, but I did smell the fragrance I added while in the shower. The lather I’d give a 6/10. This I’m chalking up to preference since I’m not familiar with triple butter soap lather and used to the lather of regular hot process soaps. It was definitely a creamier lather which makes sense, not bad just not my preference. Overall it’s a good soap base, it washed me good and left my skin soft, but I’m going to keep trying other bases.

Great soap base! Hold the smell of fragrance oils and color. Lathers nicely and bars last pretty good. It averages out to roughly $1 a bar.

I'm glad I purchased this. I was looking for the perfect soap to start my soap making journey. This one's it. It smells nice, very moisturizing, and lathers up great. Melts easy and evenly and drys just as fast. Size is better than expected. Half make 12-14 soap bars. Price is right according to me.
