It’s the perfect size for our family of four! However the bag came with a big hole in it. We did not have time to exchange before our vacation.

I really like the tent but was missing a screw in the corner on top. I don't want to return it just wish I could have them send me the screw.

Upon arrival of our canopy we set it up to inspect and noticed a defect on the top ,after contacting company to inform them of defect they ask for pictures and immediately sent a replacement right away, this has never happened this fast before as far as I am concerned I will always use a company with great customer service.So yes this company has a great product and great customer service will recommend 👌 to all.

It was missing Velcro in one corner, very hard to secure the canopy. There was also a pin hole in the canopy right out of the boxIt came with a card with email info for problems but it didn't work.Buy a different one

Impressed with the design. By myself, put up in about 15 minutes. Was expecting multiple pieces in the framework, but found that it's one easy to expand and raise system. The cover and wall are also easy to install. Comes with a nice cloth roll around case for storage between uses.

Tent is easy to put together. Wall is not good quality. Can't get the wall, top and base into the carrier. Ok, but would not order again.

I love the canopy.But buyers need to know a few things:1. It is nearly IMPOSSIBLE to set up by yourself.2. It’s pretty heavy.3. The Velcro on the inside that attaches around the canopy (not the corners, that Velcro is excellent) WILL pop loose with the tiniest of tugs - from the seams (not fixable).But it also has great qualities!1. It is easy to set up, with help.2. The bag has wheels on it and three handles. Excellent!3. It is quality fabric and attractive.4. It comes with everything you need, including tent stakes and bags for filling with sand AND a back “wall” for privacy at events.5. It’s a good deal, financially. I’ve had several canopies (I am an artisan) and this is, by far, the best quality for the money.If you are thinking about buying it, I recommend it. I am very happy with it.

Beautiful tent material is great quality!! Using it for festivals to sell my cupcakes under it!! So happy with this product!
