The media could not be loaded.  In three hours, we couldn’t get the logs to draw flame. They smouldered, gave off too much smoke and no heat whatsoever. Expensive logs for this effect! Tried in a wood burner and fire pitt. Ordered two nets, one arrived.UPDATE - Contacted by Suzie who has been great and replaced the wood and rang the delivery company to find my second net was lost. Hoping these logs work better, have a contact if they don’t. Lesson is, contact the supplier if you’re having any issue. Suzie was very efficient in sorting out the problem.

The logs burn really well with very little smoke. If you are using them in an enclosed area this is great as you do not end up smelling like a bonfire. Probably a little expensive for what you get compared to hardwood but better than a dry cleaning bill.

Very late coming and had to contact the seller but finally arrived. They burn well and smell very “ Christmassy” Heat output very good.

This is my third or fourth order of wood. The 15 kilo bags arrived weighing between 5.5 and 7 kilos. ( see photos) on this occasion.I have been chasing answers for a week and the explanation has come back that the wood is extremely dry, depleting the wood of this 4% humidity. This does not account for each bag being more than 50% short in weight.They have refunded me three bags worth, which is fair, and have promised to investigate further. I asked for the shorted weight to be delivered because actually I needed the wood. That didn’t happen.As a company, these folks have been responsive and engaged. I am not happy with the approach taken here and feel there was a bit of not taking responsibility for a clear problem on their side. This is a clear violation of trades and descriptions act, however unintentional.Conclusion: product is good, company is fair but needs improvement on this issue- check your order.
