They appear to be made from high quality ingredients. I would recommend that the seller shows the nutritional label and ingredients more clearly, as I had to hunt for it on the page, and that amount is important to those who are looking for it. Overall, it's a good daily probiotic and digestive enzyme combo and easy to swallow.

So I'm using I've been using this for about 2 weeks to try to get my energy level up. While it may be a placebo effect I've got to say I do feel more energetic. It does seem to help with my gut health as well as I do have a sensitive gut and I haven't had many digestive problems in the last two weeks. It seems to be a great value for your money and they're not too difficult to take or use. I would say that so far I'm getting effective results which is what you would look for though I don't claim this to be any sort of scientific evidence. This seems to be a decent product but it's all these supplements you never know truly. However I'm very happy with the effectiveness I've seen so far and would definitely recommend this
