Q: what is the expiration date on product

When I first brought this product in the kiosk.. They told me its 12 months after you buy the product... But you must keep it on a non humid, and cool temperature.. Just like any other product so it won't get damaged.

Q: What's the ingredients?? Also, where is this manufactured??

Ingredients- sea salt, mineral oil and fragrance. Manufacturer is Media Shelf US BV, out of Amsterdam, Netherlands

Q: My scrub is very dry. I noticed the box was a little oily when I received it, but it did not look like much. Is that really how it is supposed to be?

The scrub is a little oily. It does look like that. It should not be dry. That light moisture helps rubbing it on your hands.

Q: Will it help with skin flaking from hands?

It takes off all my flaky dry skin and makes the area smooth. It’s also gentle enough for my face.
