I like the sturdiness of this set. The stainless steel feels substantial, not flimsy. I had an issue and the seller was very accommodating and communicative.

My first time trying sprouts in a tray versus glass jar. This was grown using 1 tbsp. organic alfalfa seeds. I do like to let my sprouts grow to more of a microgreens stage. I may have added light too soon,so they were shorter than usual. I do love how easy these trays make rinsing. Much easier than jars. I normally like to rinse hulls out as they fall off. I wasn't able to so well with these trays, so I waited till I harvested and soaked in a bowl of water. One thing I don't like about this was washing it. The roots got stuck between the screen and tray. I now know not to cut with knife pushing towards edge. I may even consider using one of the small eyebrow shaving tools or exacto knife to cut the roots away from sides. Took some time to get roots out with a toothpick and haven't quite gotten them all out. Not a big deal and growing pains I reckon, but one star removed for that reason. I do prefer this method over jars. Trays are heavy duty and don't take much space.

This turned out to work great for us! The instructions were a little confusing but other than that the sprouts grew very well. Don’t do what we did and use two packets in each bin! Two packages at a time were too many!!

The bottom stainless is not 304 grade at all. I alway test stainless items with magnet when the seller says it is 304 grade stainless. The top cover is not safe to use because the edge of the cover is very sharp. Please be careful when use the top cover not to cut your fingers. This is very poor quality.

Best way to go sprouts within a week. Well made very sturdy. All you need seeds and water.

The sprouts grow through and get stuck in the mesh and you must break (and ruin) them in order to extract them. Picture the tail of the sprout growing through the mesh and getting stuck as it grows.Super disappointed in this investment.

I’m very pleased with the ease of use for this sprouter. I soaked my seeds in a jar for a couple of hours then spread them out on the screens. The rinsing was quick and easy, two/three times a day under the tap. I put them in the sun on the third day and voila…tasty sprouts that pulled up easily from the screen. These ones will be put in the fridge to eat and will start new. So much easier than any system used in the pass.

The product is good but instructions are minimal.
