Not matching expectations
Product lacks in quality and not balancing properly. It moves here and there whenever one touches it. Overall it can hold the clothes but one has to keep in mind the issue of balancing.

The item is good but one rod of my rack is out of the place. They told me to return it but i keep it anyway because i really need it at that time.

Absolute minimum in quality
This is a very basic hanger that wouldn't hold up for long. I got it as a secondary backup, but one rain and all the weld points started rusting and the tubes were also leaking rusty water. If you want to buy it, do so knowing you've got to be gentle and use it only indoors.
