This cord is very bouncy but it's also sturdy. Only time will tell how long it lasts, but I was really happy to find that this cord works as it should, especially since I purchased it to replace some other cord I purchased here that was definitely not up to scratch. You get a good amount for the money too. As long as it holds up, I will purchase this again.

Very well made and sturdy. I purchased it for protective face masks, but found it a little too strong and rough to the feel. Making the elastic longer than I had used would possibly decrease the effectiveness of the mask. BUT THESE OBSERVATIONS ARE JUST MY OPINION, BASED ON THE PEOPLE FOR WHOM I HAVE MADE MASKS. It very well may suit your needs. The style of mask I make could be a factor as well.I highly recommend this product! I may not use it for masks right now, but might try later, and will definitely use it around the house for crafts and organization!

I bought this elastic for my leather bracelet items. It is made really well. I was impressed with the quality for the price. Well worth cost and very durable. This elastic can be used for many things. The 2 mm size is just right for my needs, and is strong enough to keep lasting. I simply cut the ends and run the tips through my small torch to seal the ends of the threads from the outer wrapping. Perfect. Fast and easy. And, lots on the roll!!!

This cord is very taught, not the most comfortable for ear loops if you have to wear it for a while. The quality is great though. So it depends I. What you want to use it for. I recommend if you do use it for masks to make the loops large and attach a mechanical aid (bead or latch) For adjustability.
