A good grip non-slip long mat
First thing you need to know is that rubber mats are heavy than other mats- and this mat is heavy. Second, the side of mat you are supposed to practice on is glossy, but it is extremely non slip. Third, it provides very good grip as well as support in postures where you lie down. Fourth, it really smells, I don't know how to take it out, however after 1 week of everyday 1 hr use, i am seeing that smell has decreased a lot like 90%. So for me, it is a good buy.

Perfect for yoga
If you’re looking for a true non slip mat this is the one i am a yoga teacher and I struggle a lot in the past to find the perfect mat

Big yoga alignment mat
Decent size mat, great with the alignment on the mat for better positioning. However, when arrived, it was folded and when unfolding it was completely stuck and had to pull it apart with a few tugs, which resulted in a bit of the mat tearing away.

Good quality however, rubber smell will continue coming even after one month.
