Scott is basically a genius and this book will make your head explode! Fascinating patterns in the man-made and natural world. Each chapter can be read independently and even out of sequence, a great book to pick up from time to time.I bought it a couple of years back and returned to get another as a gift for a friend but sadly it's now unavailable.

Das Buch ist super, informativ und mir seinen über 700 Seiten wirklich sehr umfangreich.Die Zustellung war allerdings ein einziges Ärgernis. Ich fand die Amazon Pakete im Vorgarten, wo sie der Zusteller einfach über den Zaun auf unser Grundstück gefeuert hatte, offensichtlich weil er zu dumm war, einen einfachen Kippriegel am Gartentor zu bedienen. Ich war übrigens zuhause! Als ich es bemerkt hatte, hatte es mittlerweile angefangen zu regnen... Ich sah die Pakete im Vorgarten gerade noch rechtzeitig, sonst hätte ich jetzt wahrscheinlich Pappmacheé...
