These are very hard to find in my area so I was very happy to see that I could order from Amazon.They arrived in great condition still frozen looked wonderful fresh bigger than I thought they would be. I made them last night in my roasting pan just like you would a roasting chicken they were delicious.I will be ordering these again for sure you really do get what you pay for

They were so tender and the quantity was so good, I found numerous ways to cook these and they are the best Cornish hens I have ever eaten. I have cooked them on the grill and in the oven, there are so many they will take me through winter. Very good product.
