I bought this for my daughter to take to Kindergarten, and she is in love with it! It keeps her water cold all day, with ice still in it when she comes home. It is beyond gorgeous, & my daughter loves the vinyl stickers that came with it to decorate it with her name & anything she is feeling at that moment. The stickers have lasted through all my hand washing of it for the past few months too! I love the carrying handle, & the wide mouth opening that makes it easy to fill with ice, it was designed very well! But the best part is this company's customer service! My daughter dropped it on the first day, & it hit the floor in the exact wrong spot & chipped a plastic piece off the lid, near the hinge. It eventually started to leak, so I emailed them to ask if I could buy a new lid, and instead, they sent a replacement lid quickly & at no cost! It was a nice surprise & good feeling to know they are there & stand behind their product!

Easily our kid's favorite bottle from among many for school. It never leaked, kept the water nice and cool, and the color was eye popping. It was durable, insulated metal wrapped with soft bumpers on likely impact points and easy to use. It was so good that when our kid showed up sans bottle and could not find it in the Land of Lost Water Bottles, we immediately bought the same exact model to replace it. Second one somehow developed a cracked cap, but the company replaced that part free of charge. It takes a village, and we are grateful we have one.

Bought for my 3 yr old. Very sturdy easy for my 3 yr old to use.

2 weeks in no leaks and easy for my 3 year olds to open and close. Bottom rubber comes off and my twins won't leave it on, I expect dings and dints but it is holding up nicely to rough boys.The stickers that come with it are plentiful but may not hold as tight as some other companies water resistant stickers. We put my twins names on theirs but they ripped them off and they came off clean w/o the paper left behind.I clean them out about every other day( due to taking them outdoors, spit contact and dirty park hands and germs ) light soap wash and warm water. They hold ice water cold for long periods of time.They look as pictured not cheaper in person.I paid $12 each for silver bottles.

My kid loved designing this cup!!I put ice and a drink in this cup every morning for my little one and when they come home there’s still ice left and the can is dry as a bone.Nice silicone at the bottom for drops, which is inevitable for kids.Love not having to wash a straw 🙌🏼 very easy to clean. Fits in their lunch box side pocket and backpack side pocket and what’s great is the silicone on the bottom keeps it from slipping out.One con is the bottle gets scraped up right under the lid from getting dropped. Maybe if the cap was wider the bottle would be more protected, I don’t know I’m not an engineer 😄Overall I’d definitely buy this product again

One complaint my kids had with their last years water bottles was it didn’t stay cold. My complaint was the cheap water bottles that came with their backpacks broke easily and I was replacing them too often. I told myself that I needed to get them an insulated heavy duty one this year. Not only did I find exactly what I was looking for, but it has my daughters favorite colors! Water was still cold all day and it’s very durable.Now to the customer service, my daughters water bottle top cracked and it was causing it to leak. Thank goodness for the warranty. All I had to do was email them and send pics of the cracked lid and within a couple days I had a replacement. They were quick with responses and were easy to communicate with.The only suggestion I have is to make more colors for the boys, my son liked the silver one but he would have preferred a red or green one.

Update: 2023 contacted them directly and customer service is the best. They made it right. Havent had a problem since. My kids and I love these cups. ☆☆☆☆☆ ♡♡♡♡. I purchased 4 cups 3 spout caps have broken 😢. And one cup has the paint chiping off. It's a shame because I really like the cups. I love the silicone bottom. The lids need to be more durable. Keeps liquid cold for a long time. EASY TO CLEAN. In all fairness my kids dropped the cup when the lids cracked. Maybe the lids should have a silicone protector also.

I ordered two of these 17oz bottles (the "mermaid" and the rainbow) three months ago for a 6 and 8 year old. They keep ice water cold, have held up well despite the way small kids treat water bottles (i.e. throwing them down on the soccer field), are easy enough for little hands to open and hold independently, and haven't caused any leaks. Handle makes it easy to carry, the silicone cup on the bottom makes it less loud when they place it down and helps keep it from getting dented, etc. I use a q-tip to clean along the inside ring under the spout cap. Really, no complaints and would recommend.

It's pretty. Keeps the water cool. Lacking durability. We have only had it a month and the lid is leaking.
