The test was a beast. Passed with just this.

Well, bought and read the book. Went through the practice questions. While I passed the exam, I feel like the book did not adequately cover 50%+ of the exam. Half way through, I felt like I was taking a completely different test more about sdlc than cloud; which luckily I’ve been involved in. The test seems to be stuck behind this addition as well as a few questions referenced older data/frameworks. Overall, seems to be the usual ISC2 way: read the endorsed study material, be able to ace your way thru the quizzes (which are way easier than true exam questions), but you must get more information from other sources… would he nice if they just added those extra details to the book (would like more on APIs threats/vuln/risk). The exam seemed focused on internal stuff more than anticipated as well. Definitely need a strong background in infosec/cybersecurity also if you hope to pass imo as you'll be expected to just know certain things covered in sec+ or cissp type stuff.

The Wiley website is so convoluted and difficult to use. First you have to find your product then figure out how to obtain a digital code then go back and find the place to put that code the email link gets you close but not actually on the right page. then create an account.... Then wait for a progress bar to go across the screen then you click access materials and on some browsers this just takes you to a uworld.com account login which does nothing. In summary don't expect to access the online content. I have yet to see the digital flash cards mentioned.

While the book has a lot of information, this book does not scratch the surface of the exam. I would not recommend this book at all.

The exam primarily covered concepts not included in these books, and the concepts that were covered in the exam were not in these books. Colossal waste of money and guaranteed failure if you rely on them
