This has been a life saver. I suffer from migraines and prefer not to take medication. This helps soothe my migraines away and helps me sleep. I often sleep all night with it on and don’t even realize it. I am really impressed. I spent hours researching and reviewing migraine caps before purchasing this one. This is so easy to use. I don’t even put mine in the freezer or fridge. It’s naturally cool. Of course you can put it in the freezer or fridge but I haven’t had to yet. I have a large head and I got the bigger size. It fits perfect. I keep it in the plastic bag it came in when I am not using it. Easy to pack and take on trips. You won’t be disappointed. Totally with the money.

Bought this sort of on a whim for my husband who gets really bad migraines/headaches whenever the weather drastically shifts. It fits comfortably, has good stretch, and gets super cold-like hurts my face cold which doesn't seem to bother my husband. It serves it's purpose sufficiently: being cold and keeping light out of ones eyes. I suggest getting a second one once your correct size is established so you can rotate them (one in the freezer and one in use).

I suffer from horrific migraines and As anyone knows it gets them, it’s debilitating and miserable. I have always used ice packs of all sizes and varieties to help, but it’s always a pain to keep it balanced on my head or hold it to the area that hurts the most. So when I saw this hats I had to have it. I’m happy to say that it fits like a glove and although it’s tight, it’s not too tight. It is extremely cold right out of the freezer but if you could get through that initial shock, it does bring Great relief. Unfortunately, when you take it off, the migraine is still there, but if there was a way for it to stay on longer, you may be able to knock it out faster. That’s why I just ordered my second hat so I could have them on rotation for my next migraine. This is not a miracle in a hat, But it does bring temporary relief and is the best way to hold something extremely cold for an extended period of time to your head. There’s something about having your entire head covered by a fitted ice pack that is a unique way of bringing relief. I think this is a great little invention and recommend it to anyone who also suffers from migraines. I also want to add that this product is very well-made. It feels heavy duty and durable and it would be hard to puncture or damage it. If you store it in the bag it comes with and put it in the freezer when you were not using it, it will last for quite some time from what I can tell.

I am glad I got this for myself, I've used it several times. I bought it in anticipation of getting my latest Covid booster because I usually get horrible headaches after the vaccine. It is actually so cold coming out of the freezer I can't put it on right away or it feels like it's going to freeze my eyeballs haha. I have to let it sit out for a couple minutes before putting it on. It really does help relieve pain a lot for me. It is far superior to just a cold compress or an ice pack, since it wraps around your entire head and face - an interesting sensation that is very soothing. It is so relaxing after I put it on that I usually fall asleep. The interesting thing is that even after it has warmed up, the mild compression sensation on my head and face continues to feel comforting and relaxing. I usually end up sleeping with it on for hours as it acts like a face/eye mask as well. If you suffer severe migraines you may even want to get a second one to switch out as it warms up- it doesn't actually stay super cold for very long, but for me that hasn't been a problem, I get only occasional headaches and this stays cold long enough to relieve it (especially in conjunction with an Advil). I liked it so much I bought another one as a gift for a family member that suffers from migraines.

This thing is a LIFE SAVER for my headaches and migraines. When nothing else will touch the pain I can always count on this thing. I have had this for a WHILE now and it has fit all sorts of head sizes. I would pay just about any money to have the relief this gives so I would definitely say it’s well worth the money. The material is a nice quality soft/slick material that glides easy and doesn’t feel scratchy. I luckily did not have the odor that other mention dealing with.

So have constant headaches from back issues and thought id give this a try for $17. Like most important researched all the others and tried this 1. It's great! Again nothing will cure migraines but if you need to take the edge off to sleep or you just get regular headaches... this 1 is awesome. 1st its soft and DOES NOT SMELL LIKE CHEMICALS! I have a larger head and fits a very comfortable snug and again very soft. I take it out the freezer and deal with the cold as I have really had headaches but for normal people headaches id say freeze let it set out for like 10 min then apply. I think the time it stays cold is great but im pulling it from the freezer direct. Worth the money all day!!!!

Knocks my headaches out every single time. The shape is great! The feel is great and it even has soft openings for your ears so your ears don’t freeze, they’ll still be covered with cloth but not the frozen gel material inside, I always fall asleep with this thing on. Has a hole at the top if you have long hair! It’s nice to have!

Very great for headaches and hungover. Also helped me with sinus pain.

Bought this for my wife, as she has sinusitis, she really felt Comfortable after using this product. Even sometimes when i feel Dizzy or Having a head ach this really gives a Good Feel. Cons : It last only for a some minutes and the cold part to the eyes is hard to get, All over i am satisfied with the product .. its a good to Go product

Works so well I bought more as Christmas gifts.
