Hi, Is this item 100% lead with nothing else added?

Coming from a lay person, it appears to be only lead... it's soft and malleable, dense and heavy. Looks like the exact same material as every fishing weight I've seen or used. Hope this helps.

how long is 1 lb of 1/4 inch wire

I have already cut and used it so I can not tell exactly but from what I remember the single one pound roll was about as long as a yard stick when rolled out.
