Crazy amount of red dye
These work good, but I am concerned about the amount of red dye on these. I usually wash them off.

The best
We have been house hunting and in the process of buying after selling and my stress has been theough the roof. Advil wasn't touching my headache that was there every single day. Even sleep wasn't helping. Finally gave in and ordered this....woke up with the headache still, took 2 of these....within TEN MINUTES I could feel the headache leaving. Within 45 minutes it was completely gone. You know you're 40 when you call your friends to rave about how well excedrin works 🤣

This product does the job - quickly!
Quick relief from a headache! I wanted to find an over-the-counter (OTC) alternative to prescription headache medicine; and, upon doing a lot of research, I found out that this Excedrin was the best alternative. It got rid of my neck-based headache within a half hour without ibuprofen. I highly recommend this product: if I again have a headache that needs stronger medicine than that which is minimally acceptable, I will definitely use this Excedrin.
