You can Re-write the card multiple times for testing purposes.
This is the one you need. Works perfectly. Good quality. Wrote over it multiple times without issue.

Not sure what these cards are for
I want to work for the bank fraud department, which means I need to do questionable things. I am a cybersecurity student, and I got curious how credit cards work and tried spoofing my own credit cards. These are NOT the same type of cards that your debit card is going to be, so I'm not sure what these chips are used for but I also haven't googled it. So if you think you're gonna use an RFID reader and put your card info on here and use that at a gas station, it won't work.. but these things do feel so legit. Identical. Just a different chip type.
