Great design
The medicine is large and does not leak like the common one. Adjustable fog intensity allows faster or slower administration of fog to the lungs. I've only used once so far but pleasantly pleased

Works fine, one or two small critical points
These can really increase the amount of medicine you get with each puff of the inhaler.The device has a valve at the mouthpiece end, so you can first release the medication and inhale. The valve closes by itself so you can stop and inhale again if you need to. This is cool, and works as expected. Indeed, try blowing into the mouthpiece and you won't get very far.Two minor points: the protective cap on the mouthpiece end comes off its tether too easily. And there is no companion protective cap for the back inhaler end. I keep mine in zipper-type quart plastic bag along with the inhaler, so not a big deal.All in all, it works great. I have bought two of these, so I'm literally putting my money where my mouth is - haha.

Well designed
This is a nicely designed mask with a built in hook to hang it up between uses. Most get laid down after use and may end up on floor. Good price, too.

Good for the price
It works as does what it supposed to but could be made better. The flow vent at the top broke during first use
