Roasting Pan
Worth the money, perfect for roasting chicken. I love the rack, easy to clean, nice size.

Got the job done.
I needed to find a replacement roasting pan because I lost my original pan when I moved. I needed it to roast a chicken Christmas Eve. So I searched for a pan and this one happened to be on sale for 20 bucks. So I quickly placed the order. Without doing the research I usually do. I was impressed when I unboxed it. It was the perfect size and built sturdy. So I washed it with warm sudsy water and sponge and I prepared the chicken for roasting. Tha rack has little feet to lift roast away from fat drippings. The chicken came out beautifully nice crispy skin and evenly cooked throughout. For cleaning I soaked the pan in hot sudsy water and washed by hand. Cleaned up beautifully. The pan is ready to go for the next roast. I am happy with this purchase ☺️

Not non-stick
I purchased the roasting pan on Prime Day July 17 2024, and just used it last night. I had chicken skewers on the rack and some marinade dripped below onto the pan which did burn, unfortunately it did not come off easily. I soaked it overnight and first used a plastic scrapper and then a scrubber sponge for non-stick surfaces. As you can see the coating began to come off while the burnt-on marinade was still stuck. Sadly I'm returning it, I'm disappointed because it seemed otherwise well made and the size was just what I wanted.

Warped
Works great when baking but this pan warped after using it to broil a steak. Very disappointing
