These are a little less supple at first, than the OE cushions, but are perfectly fine and I was happy to replace my old ones as they were falling apart.They were a little tight installing, I thought I was going to tear them at first, but once I realized you have to sort of 'roll' them over the edge, the other one went on easy!

As other reviewers have pointed out, these are a near perfect replacement for the stock Logitech earpads and headband. It's not often that I am impressed with the quality of a product that I am purchasing to replace the original manufacturer part, but these really blew me away.Construction (4/5):I found that these pads are constructed of very similar quality to the original Logitech pads. The faux leather feels just as soft and has the same look/grain to it. The foam that they use is not the same. Similar to other aftermarket replacement pads on the market, their foam seems to be a bit stiffer than the Logitech. However these seem to be only slightly stiffer than the original. So I would say it's more in between the Logitech and the other mesh fabric replacement pads on the market.Fitment (3/5):The fitment is very similar to the other aftermarket mesh fabric pads on the market. The earpads appear to be VERY slightly smaller than original, not by a lot, but if you have bigger ears and you found the original Logitech pads to fit just right, it is something to keep in mind. If you have normal or smaller sized ears this isn't really a problem in my opinion. The stiffness of the foam used in the earpads and headband mean that it sits more tightly against my head, I haven't tested long term wear to see if this would cause discomfort, but so far it's been fine.I will say that the headband being stiffer meant I had to extend the headband 1 or 2 clicks longer than what I originally had it set to (I believe I went from 8 to 10). So if you currently have the headband maxed out, this maybe not an option for you.Sound Quality (10/5!!!!):This one was a big one for me. I tried many of the aftermarket mesh pads on the market. What I found was that they negatively impact sound quality by a lot. They would cause the headphones to sound tinny and flat. They also introduced a lot more ambient noise from outside since they didn't seal my ears as well.With these replacement pads, I almost feel as if they IMPROVED on the original sound quality of the headset. Because the earpads are slightly smaller and enclose my ears tighter it made these headphones sound louder and closer to me if that makes sense. Also, because the foam is stiff, but not super stiff, it still forms around my ears and seals out any air gaps. So the bass response of the headphones seem to have improved by a noticeable amount. I'm also able to hear details in my music more clearly than I was before with the original pads. What I mean is like tiny cymbals/bells or other background instruments that you might not normally hear, I can hear loud and clear now. Note: These replacement pads come with a foam insert, I did not use these as my G930 already had a cloth fabric covering the drivers.Overall I would say hands down, if you are looking for replacement pads for your Logitech G430/930 headset, get these. You will be pleasantly impressed by how good they are. I just can't say they're absolutely perfect since they don't exactly fit like original. But the quality is definitely there. Can't win them all I guess.

Easy replacement though the top headband is a little difficult to swap out but well worth the trouble.

I was getting ready to replace my G930 because the ear pad and head pad material has started to disintegrate. I purchased this and replaced the ear pads and the head pad and everything is basically as good as new. The ear pads fit well and cancel outside noise well. The head pad is comfortable. The ear pieces took about a minute each to swap and it was fairly easy. The head piece was a little tougher. You basically have to pull out the current head piece which you can jack out easily with a butter knife. From there, I squeezed the head pad together to get it to fit into the slot and "snapped" the remainder of the head pad into place. It is maybe a hair shorter than the original head pad. This is the closest thing to perfect replacement parts that I could have imagined especially considering these aren't original equipment manufacturer parts. My G930 is basically as good as new and I didn't have to spend $80 or more to replace it.

Fits my headset great and looks and feels just like the original

I've had my G930 headset for 8 years now and the foam on the ears and head had completely deteriorated, flakes everywhere every time I used them, so I haven't used them in quite a while. Saw this on Amazon last week, ordered them and put them on in about 2 minutes. The ear cups are easy enough, though the head strap part takes a mild bit of effort. You have to just kind of rip the old one out and then push this one in with something flat like the tip of a screwdriver, but then it pops right in.Now my headphones are like new again. It's been so long since I had a good seal on the ears, I forgot these things are pretty much sound proof. My girlfriend was standing next to me getting mad that I was ignoring her because I didn't hear a word she was saying.Great foam replacement for a great price.

I love my G930s. They have been a great headset. Finally decided to replace the ear pads and top pad. Should have done this last year. These are fantastic. Literally felt like putting them on brand new again.Pros - Comfortable. Brand new feel.Cons - Install was a tad tricky to remove the top piece and slide the replacement in. Ear pieces were tricky to stretch but not very complicated. I mean 5 mins maybe?10/10 will buy again when these wear out.

The padding on my old G930 was so worn that flakes started falling off. I was thinking of ordering a new headset but technically there was nothing wrong with it so I’m chuffed that I could just buy replacement padding. There’s a few YouTube videos showing how to replace the pieces for the timid (like me). Now it looks good as new and feels fine to me, though other people have different options judging by some of the reviews. For me this was just what I needed.

These were on par with the originals. Very easy to install and worked like a charm. I have had them for a few weeks now and they seem to be holding up great.

Ich war allerdings mehr weniger gezwungen mir einen Ersatz zu bestellen, weil ich kein neues Headset benötigte. Also habe ich nach längerer Suche, dieses Produkt aufgrund der Empfehlungen bestellt.Kurz gesagt: Die Polster sind ordentlich, aber der Preis ist meiner Meinung nach nicht gerechtfertigt.Die Montage dauerte nur wenige Minuten, aber dann kam die Ernüchterung: Sie fühlen härter an als das Original. Daher ist der Tragekomfort negativ beeinflusst. Außerdem gerät besonders das obere Polster außer Form. Die Tonqualität ist meiner Meinung nach dennoch nicht beeinflusst.Ich würde das Produkt nicht wieder bestellen und mich nach einem neuen Headset umsehen. Noch ein mal werde ich keinen Ersatz bestellen. Mal sehen wie lange die Polster halten.
