This was bought 6 months ago and is now faulty. Can it be replaced

I've been micro-needling for almost three years and do a session every 5-6 months. It has helped with my fine lines and wrinkles drastically and often I can go about my day without applying any foundation. Lotions and serums absorb better and I exfoliate less than without. I started my journey with the derma roller but switched to the pen version about 2 years ago and my first pen came from a well known brand at almost 3 times the price of this one. I found the pen easier to use than the roller and gif used correctly gives an even result. This pen is fantastic quality for beginners and more advanced users. The three batteries are great for lengthier sessions or just to have the convenience of not recharging often. If you're a complete beginner I strongly advise that you read up and watch a lot of videos on the procedure to understand what could go wrong. My top tips are: Stay very very clear from applying anything to your face immediately after micro-needling and for at least 2 days after; make sure you use it in a clean environment and clean or disinfect your surroundings before starting; use a numbing cream especially if going for needles above 0.5mm as it reduces the pain or discomfort; try to work in lines and not randomly; and try to only microneedle on a week where you won't have to go out much to prevent sun exposure and possible infection. Don't worry if your skin starts to flake as that's normal and will die down. Cooling your face after micro-needling and subsequent few days with a clean wet towel (pat only) is also helpful. It takes about a week for the skin to heal after a session and you can repeat again (I usually repeat 10 days after the first session). The benefits could be seen and felt after each session and until the next one. There are refill cartridges available on Amazon for a reasonable price. Would be happy to recommend.

I am out in the sun quite alot and my skin has become quite damaged, I also have a few heavy scars from chicken pox on my face from when I was younger. I have been looking at treatments but the price is just a little to high for me plus you need multiple treatments. This item came up and I was very excited about it.The item came at the time of purchase was £66.99. It was well packed. I couldn't believe everything was stored away in this little box. The box contained micro-needle pen which you get three rechargeable batteries, a USB charging cable, twenty-five needle cartridges all packed in separate sterile packaging. You also get 25 replacement cartridges which means no need to spend money on buying extra things just yet. The micro-needle pen is adjustable depending on what you want to treat on your face/body. There are 7 different depths for the needles & 8 Different speeds. The good thing about that is you don't have to go straight into something you aren't sure on. When I wad doing this process yes it is slightly unpleasant however this is the whole idea of this pen is to penetrate the scar on your skin in order to repair it so expect some discomfort however to me not unbearable. The pen is rechargeable which is great, I have used it based off a full charge and have used this item a few times now so far so good. It feels really nice to hold sits in the hand nicely, the pen it's self feels well made and a good material. Doesn't feel flimsy. Because it feels so nice in the hand I feel comfortable using it on my face or someone else. You don't get any facial cream or any aftercare treatment so I would recommend if you are not familiar with this product maybe watch a couple of YouTube videos and read up about using moisturisers before using this pen and what ones may be best. Also aftercare creams to give your face the best chance of repair for the best results. I have used this on my face a hand full of times, I can definitely say this is helping my scars and the damage on my face. The pen does have a digital speed control on it so you can clearly see which speed you have it on. The bit I love this most about this is there are 4 different settings, all 4 treat different things on the face, ache, redness, skin balance and anti ageing. You actually get a choice on what you want to treat. The pen changes depending on what you want to treat. Great added extra to this pen. Over all this is a well build piece of equipment, feels really well made, comes with everything you need in a starter pack. Highly recommend you read up about this product first and not just jump feet first into using it. The instruction manual is easy to follow and clear, there are also instructions on amazon for this product should you need them. Extra cartridges to cut the cost. This has helped so much with my skin. Well worth a try if you want to get professional finishes and treatments at home for a reduced price. Great product highly recommend.

No llevo mucho tiempo utilizándolo, pero funciona perfectamente bien, la caja viene muy completa con diferentes agujas, según la zona a tratar, que e parece un plus. Diferentes luces, según el tratamiento que te quieras hacer, y dos baterías aparte de la que trae. Yo lo estoy usando con Serum de Ácido Hialurónico y se que es pronto, cuando tenga más experiencias con su uso me encantará ampliar esta reseña.

Das Gerät funktioniert wirklich gut, wenn man nicht so wie ich, am Wochenende sich mal hinsetzt und einfach loslegt. Ich hab am Anfang gleich mal 2 mm statt 0,2 mm eingestellt. (zum Glück beim Dekolleté, weil ich bin erst am Hals dann draufgekommen dass die Eistellung nicht stimmt, das Ganze tut verdammt weh). Im Gesicht hab ich es dann richtig gemacht, nur hatte ich weder eine kühlende Gesichtsmaske zu Hause noch eine Feuchtigkeitscreme. Wenn man es das. 1. ausprobiert, sollte man diese beiden Dinge unbedingt schon vorher kaufen. und danach auch versenden. Beim Gesicht habe ich nach 4 Tagen jetzt nichts mehr unangenehmes gespürt... Beim Hals..... (durch die falsche Einstellung) hat es 2 Wochen weh getan.

Usato oggi per la prima volta, 24 aghi, ho impostato la penna a 0,75 , velocità da 4 a 6 a 8 , man mano si abituava la pelle , ho usato la luce bianca che riduce il rossore . Ho abbinato un set di BB glow (sieri) fantastico acquistato su Amazon, idrata cura e ripara ecc. detergere il viso prima di utilizzare !!! dopo aver avvitato gli aghi ho proseguito mettendo il siero prima sulla fronte effettuando movimenti circolari , verticali e orizzontali con l apparecchio passandolo più volte , procedendo nelle altre parti del viso sempre bagnando le zone con il siero man mano le facevo. ( il siero va “spalmato” appena appena di modo che durante si usa l apparecchio raggiunge la profondità finché non asciuga completamente ). A me personalmente non ha fatto per nulla male ma per chi dovesse aver bisogno o per parti più sensibili (contorno occhi ecc) si può utilizzare una crema anestetizzante da mettere 15/20 minuti prima del trattamento. A fine trattamento ho applicato biafin una crema lenitiva. Si può fare il trattamento una volta a settimana , o ogni due settimane di modo che la pelle guarisca completamente dal trattamento fatto precedentemente. Finito il trattamento avevo solo molto rossore passato nel giro di qualche ora. Avendo 28 anni non ho chissà che di rughe ma quelle poche che ho d’espressione si notano pochissimo dopo questo trattamento rispetto al solito , quindi già dopo il primo utilizzo noto miglioramenti!! USO DELLE LUCI: luce blu - anti-acne verde - equilibrio generale della pelle bianco - riduzione del rossore arancione - anti-invecchiamento. USO CARTUCCE (aghi) usare le cartucce da 12 a 24 aghi con acido ialuronico, quella da 36 per la polvere congelante, quella da 42 per essenza delle rughe, la nano rotondo per essenza sbiancante.
