I bought these mainly for squats and similar exercises. I tried the single strap option too, but, found these double strap version to be more broader and comfortable from the toe area. I have flat painful feet, and I generally can't wear stiff shoes. But, this shoe is quite comfortable, and I use 3/4th arch support insoles with these. I was worried that my feet will pain, but, I have used these for 1 hour sessions without much pain. I feel more stable while doing squats with these on. The red colour is eye catching and looks great. As per their size chart, UK 4 would fit me, I ordered UK 5 (as 4 was not available), and this fits true to size. Only issue is the insoles are not removable, so once cannot insert full size insoles (which people like me generally need).

Doesn't look that good some threads are still in the airit does kinda look cheapBut that's all there is on the marketI ordered a 12 for me a size bigger but realised it was a mistake I did not want to return it tho like the squats are really gr8 after wearing these maybe I should have returned it and purchased a 11Alas can't do much about it now I highly recommend it gonna give it a 4 because of how cheap it looks so no 5 stars

It is one of the best shoe for Scott & bench press but I would like to advise that after placing the order one should be get contact no of seller and inform him regarding dispatch of your exact size because due to dispatch of a lots of orders he always confuse to pack correct size to particular buyer.Overall it is the best shoe at this price. I use it only for squat. It helps me go deeper in my squat.

Very bad quality. Started tearing in just 10 days

Took 4 sessions to get adjusted. Was very uncomfortable in the beginning. Now it's bearable. comfort is not its feature.There is some slight help for squats, due to its elevated heel.
