This vacuum performs as described online-- I would have given 5 stars for all of the categories but gave 4 stars for "suction". Really for the price, being cordless and light weight, with a much lower sound, one shouldn't expect this user friendly vacuum to suck up a bowling ball. It succeeds at sucking up quite well anyway and nothing gets "bounced back". Last, the online reviews are correct, this vacuum has the best customer service. I received an email from this company with very helpful info and tips re use of this vacuum even before I received the product. The User Guide that came with this product is well written also.

This vacuum is very nice I like that you can charge it and it’s cordless and it works in small spaces as far as hanging it up on the wall it had good suction when I first used it but now it just spits the dirt out and move it around does not work very good

So, I’m always suspicious when something is marked down an absurd number, but given the reviews, I was willing to give it a try anyways since I had Amazon gift card credits. This is not a $589 vacuum in any store, anywhere else, ever. LolNormally this vacuum is $99 at Walmart.That being said, having the gift cards was the only reason I would buy this on Amazon versus somewhere else for less money. These Amazon prime day deals are not always as good as they want people to believe lol.I’m extremely happy with the vacuum cleaner so far though, and am not regretting my purchase. It’s very lightweight, with good suction for hard floors and low pile rugs. It was a huge upgrade from the corded vacuum we were replacing. The motor on the brush head on our old vacuum cost more to replace than what I just spent on this one 🤷‍♀️So! Buyer beware of fake sale prices, and check the reviews before buying. It’s a great vacuum but unless you have Amazon credits, it’s less expensive elsewhere.

Dark hardwood floors are a beautiful bane. This vac gets crumbs etc. AND all the dust!!!! Ten stars!!!

Easy to put together, light weight and has really good suction power! Battery last between 30-60 minutes based on how I use it.

We have only had this for a short time and it seems to work well, I only have two concerns. The actual vacuuming head is very small so you have to make a lot of passes. The canister is easy to empty but a lot gets trapped around the top part and is very hard to remove. Otherwise this is pretty good for the price.
