I wanted a narrow and short step that could tidy away after exercising at home and this is perfect. It is sturdy enough for my 79kg self to have a 40 minute hard step class at home with, it is also a great toy my son uses for playing as well. We have had it 5 months now and it has only been inside but hardly shows any wear. It also fits under my couch(which is high off the ground) but is perfect for what I needed it for. If you need it for weight lifting though it is too short for a person's torso so I would advise a longer and wider one. Perfect for at home exercising though and playing.
