Macroeconomics (5th Edition)

Gave it 4 stars because i hate reading. But it's a book and came in great condition. no complaints besides my foreign professor

Well laid out book but no mathmatical examples. Overall a great source book I would highly recommend this for learning

If you want to pay for a U.S. edition of a textbook and get a cheap, no resale value international edition, then purchase from this seller. Stay away at all costs, and seeing as his reviews are poor, that's a good indication.

shipping is fast .Book is new.Price is really cheap.My classmate tries to find another book at this price but she fails.

If you can borrow it or get it in some "other way", I would recommend it. It's a mediocre textbook that costs way too much.

A complete and well written book. Should be read by people who wish to see the working of theoretical macroeconomics on the real world

Book fell apart after using it for a dayIts just loose papers....

Williamson is incredibly long-winded and repetitive. He has a horrible habit of rephrasing redundant material every other page, greatly inflating the amount of perceived content. This edition is bloated and would benefit greatly from being stripped down. There are countless typographical errors and layout issues, mostly in regards to the placement of graphs several pages later completely out of context. The price is therefore unjustified in my opinion and I would greatly suggest sparing the cash and spending it on something worth its weight.Essentially, this text follows along with progressively more encompassing, though very simplified, models: Malthusian, Solow, micro-founded, etc. The first few chapters are extremely basic and are generally not worth reading if you have any experience in the subject. God knows why our professor chose this horrible text... I would recommend Blanchard  Macroeconomics: a European Perspective  over this any day, even though it takes a different approach. Libro preso per il corso di macroeconomia avanzata. Per ora ho fatto un paio di capitoli e, come la maggior parte dei libri americani, è scritto in modo scorrevole, dettagliato e semplice. Davvero molto comprensibile
