I bought this lock to replace a Kwikset that never works and gave me a headaches.This is more reliable, and so far is working fine in my Airbnb property, the battery that was the biggest problem with the other lock works fantastic, it is so far three months and still show 60% load. great product, I fullly recommend.

I have never had a digital deadbolt lock before and decided to try this unit (Elamor M19). Since our house is very new, the lock mechanism itself fit very nicely and worked well from initial install. One thing we found out is that our previous dead bolt actually had some slack, such that when door appeared closed, the dead bolt worked, but door was not sealed totally against weather strip. With this lock, we do have to make sure door is tight against weather strip so as to not bind. So could be 5 stars for mechanism and install.However, the app is very buggy, has a Chinese error message if deadbolt doesn't fully engage (in my case when door was not fully seated against weather seal). Most of the other messages display only partial text or are cryptic, don't totally make sense, (lost in translation). So took off a star for the app issuesI at first was intending to return due to app unclarity. But in the end, since it mechanically works OK, and I have figured out the messages for the most part, so intending to retain for now. Return window closes in Jan 2023, so monitoring until then...

Excellent, easy to install and work

Have to use a 6 digit passcodehave to press the open button making it 7 presseswifi is quiet delayed and you have to wait for it to ping and reconnectapp is not as intuitive as SchlageI would recommend schlage for sturdiness, security, app design, key design, pretty much every aspect over this. Any wifi or zwaye version is better

The first lock I got from them worked really well for a month. Then it disconnected from my Wifi and no matter what I do, it wouldn't reconnect. It took a while for the customer service to understand that this lock was just not working. Once they sent me another lock, the second one worked very well. I really feel that the first lock was just a lemon. This one connected very quickly and I've noticed an incredible difference between the two. Now that this one is installed, it is working so much better that I'm very satisfied with the job it's doing. I feel that this one will continue to work so much better. I'll keep everyone informed if this one doesn't keep working as expected. Very good lock for a decent price.

This lock was great at first, but after a few months it became unreliable. Sometimes it worked and other times it didn't. I entered my code and it wouldn't unlock and I couldn't unlock it using the app either. I reset the lock and it has been working great ever since. We will see if the issue ever comes back, but so far I am happy with it.

Fairly easy to install and looks sharp. I have had it for some time now and haven't had any problems.

Cannot use the unlock in the app if you are not withing a few feet of it..
