I have been having issues with getting wax or blu tack on my diamond painting canvas. I'm having issues with amount control and dipping the pen stinks. So this, it controls how much wax is dispensed, (don't turn it too much or it will slowly continuously come out). The wax gathers on the sides of the pen, but scraping the sides with a skewer works. The tip is a lil wide, but super glue a tip from a starter pen in the tip and you're golden. Only thing I would change is the wideness of the tip. When I do squares, it will probably be perfect.

Wax is too soft

love the concept, but the wax is not good for diamond painting as it leaves a film on the stones. but I was able to roll the wax squares that come with the paintings and use them in the pens just as easy just be careful on how much you twist out at a time

I love my DP wax pen, it’s nice to not refill the tip of the regular pen after placing a few beads/dills.The original wax that does come with it, is soft so I did change it out to kit wax (just roll it smaller to fit). However regardless of the wax you are you’re using, if you twist the wax down to hard it will keep kinda oozing out. In many reviews I’ve seen this complaint, I decided to play with my wax and pen to see if it was fixable and what I found out was, like I said avoid, don’t pack in the wax too hard.

I would give this a 5 star if a couple things were changed. First, the tip needs to be thinner and a tiny bit longer. Second, I would prefer to use the wax that comes with all the other kits, it's not as sticky as the one that comes with these pens. If you redesign the pen and are looking for testers I'd love to be one. I'm always on the lookout for new pens that work better.

Did not like the width of tip. I did not care for the screw part to move the wax down. Very touchy in how much it puts out of the wax. I gave them to my daughter to use, for me they were a no.

I liked the design of the pen, I did not like the case.

I absolutely love this. It's so much easier to use. The only problem is it's hard to stop at the correct amount so you waste a little and if you don't use it for days you get a little extra ooze.
