Easy to install and works great

In Arizona it is very important to protect your head from the heat, this item works very well

Good for the price, but hard to keep on the hat sometimes. If your hard hat it not the type with a brim all the way around then the elastic part tends to slip around a bit. However, once you have it in place it tends to stay for the day. Also, I realize the fabric has little holes in it for breathability, but they seem a little to large. I am afraid I'll get a spotted tan through them!

This gives me both sun protection and greatly increased visibility. I fell trees for work so these features have increased my safety greatly. I have it installed on a chainsaw helmet with a face visor and attached ear muffs. So it is a versatile product.

The plastic clips in the back that are supposed to clip onto the hard hat snapped really easily.

Very effective sun shade. I live in Arizona and encourage all who work for me to wear these to lower the risk of skin cancer and heat stroke.
