This wasn't put into use until the return window had passed. Sadly the rubber tip on the straw came off. I contacted the company to see if I could purchase another lid. They sent me another water bottle free. They didn't even want me to return the damaged one. The new 1 is larger & doesn't have the rubber tip on the straw. I will definitely order from them again.Other than the broken tip both cups have been good so far. They don't dent or rust. The design hasn't washed off. I'm very happy with this purchase.

I've got Budda's, antique Bento Boxes, drawings from China from the 1940's my dad got in the service in WW2, and glassed-in cork sculptures. I decorate my living room with them. Nobody makes any comment about them except on rare occasion. Since I've had this bottle and sat it on a shelf in the living room to keep handy, I've had 4 people comment on it. Is it the cute panda design? I assume so, maybe people just like endangered animals that live on bamboo. The bottle is durable and holds a good amount of drinking water I fill daily with my filter system. It stays cold for hours, and is a nice size for use in office, or it fits in car holders or even a replacement for those bicycle drinking bottles. Recommended.

I ordered this in the Panda design for my three-year-old to use for preschool. I prefer him to use a metal water bottle as opposed to a plastic one, and this is a great size for a small child. A few notes:- extra straw and rubber circle & straw cleaner included- no leaks when closed!!- a little hard to openThe design is super cute, and he loves it!
