So the "Black" is most definitely a dark blue. Nothing black about it. I opened it and thought "wow, this is definitely one of those, you get what you pay for things."It does work and it's super handy! Takes up no space in my diaper bag which is a super plus. Although, I really wanna buy the original Gooseket just to see how they compare. Mostly because the shoulder strap is split in half so it wraps around your shoulder and looks like it hugs more comfortably and securely than this plain wide strap.I should add I haven't worn this for a long period of time so I can't really tell comfort wise how it'll be for both baby and me. Again, you get what you pay for and this is definitely worth it for the price.

My daughter is 9 months and 20 pounds. Carrying her around is so hard on my neck back and arms! This strap is the absolute solution!! It fits me better than my husband, it’s on its biggest setting on both of us pictured. Definitely worth every penny!

This was such a great purchase! I bought black and it arrived in black - unlike another reviewer who said they received a navy colored carrier. It is a simple design and works as advertised! Really happy with it. I carry it in the diaper bag for when we go out!

It's not recommended for wider upper body, strap is to short. Having broad upper back it's difficult cause of the short strap when buckled. Its much easier at un buckle position and having someone's help to buckle the strap back. I would think it's a "any type of body size friendly" but it's not. More structured for slimmer upper body.

Thought this would be more of a white/cream color based of the picture but it’s actually light grey. This strap on the shoulder is more wide and kind of digs into my neck but it doesn’t bother too much. I’ve used it once so far when my daughter was being fussy and wanted me to hold her while i made her lunch. I was able to comfortably hold her with one hand and make lunch with the other. Looking forward to using this on walks and store trips.
