I want to like it
UPDATE 12/31/21The seller has messaged me and offered to send me a handle. They took full responsibility for the missing handle.I have looked at the adjusting of the mill and one adjustment shows that it is at the smallest setting of .025”. However it doesn’t get that low. It’s about .035”. This is using feeler gauges between the rolls. While it is off about .010” the crush that I got running about a pound of grain through the mill looked to be just about right. Despite the rollers being at a slight angle to each other. The mash efficiency will tell the full story.I have increased the rating from 2 to 4 stars. The seller is a stand up seller. Very good to see. The reason for stopping at 4 stars is simply not having the full adjustment available on the one end of the rollers.ORIGINAL REVIEW:I chose this mill to upgrade my old hand crank corona mill that I’ve used for 15 years. This mill has nice fit and finish. As a bonus the hopper has been cut in a way to avoid the grain going past the rolls.Unfortunately my mill arrived damaged. The area that is flanged for the screws on the hopper was bent. The other issue for me is that I didn’t receive a hand crank handle. Simply wasn’t in the box.I’ve yet to use the mill. I’m happy to update this review if I’m allowed to do so after I’ve used it and dialed in the setting I like. I’m currently trying to reach the seller to see about getting a handle.

Grain mill
This mill is awesome. After reading the instructions and trying out smaller grains such as wheat or barley and attach a drill to the mill makes life easy this is an awesome mill to buy, but one you won’t regret it

Brewland grain mill
The picture was accurate. It is the Brewland brand (not a fake), good quality. Spend the extra money now and buy your grain in bulk so you can mill it before you brew.

Shaft bent!
The product box was obviously dropped prior to being packaged for shipment. The main drive shaft was bent, a hole in the box, one of the gap adjusting cams had fallen out and was rattling in the box. The outside Amazon box was not damaged so it was damaged before it was shipped. I attempted to get replacement but it was going to take too long. I was able to straighten the shaft and put everything back in it's place. I set it up with a pulley and an electric motor and it works great. Set the two adjusting cams at about 0.05" and it grist great. It is a well built unit with nice sealed ball bearings . The issue was with whomever boxed up an obviously damaged unit to ship to the customer.

Great little mill
Tried this out for the first time on about 33lbs of grain for a 15 gallon batch. Hooked it up to my cordless ryobi and it ground the grains great. Easy to use adjustments (just remember to do both sides) and a grinding I went.It does need some agitation to get the grains to fall in properly but you can do that with a second hand and the guards are good enough to keep your fingers out. And it’s heavy enough you don’t need to worry about it falling over while you’re doing it.One thing is if you don’t need to take it a part, put pop rivets in to hold the hopper together. I turned the screws so the heads were on the inside. But pop rivets will be even better.
