Absolutely beautiful and custom. This faucet has substantial weight and is well made. My plumber had to go to the hardware store to Chand the knob that attaches to the water because it is not Universal fit. It was an easy fix, and worth the trouble. I love it.

The media could not be loaded.  Love love love this faucet! It looks traditional and antique. It doesn’t fit regular valves. I had to buy new tubes to attach it to the water valves. Once I bought the new tubes it was super easy to install. I have no plumbing experience and don’t do DIY, and I managed to install this by watching a YouTube video. Idk how the woman who said her “professional plumber” couldn’t figure it out. I solved the problem by doing 2 mins of google/YouTube research. If I can do it, you can do it.

The piece is beautiful and heavy. However, this is suppose to fit a 3/8 water connection and is way to big. So I tried the next size up and it was just barely to small. I connected the manufacturer about and got no response. I did not want the gold cover plate that was with the brand Senlesen, but since both the facuats connector was wrong with this brand I did buy the other and had to just toss the cover plate. Trust me I spent 2 weeks trying to find a connector from pumper store and reaching out to the manufacturer with no luck. Spend the extra $10 and get the one from the brand Senlesen.

Everyone in the states will have a connection issue with this faucet.Finding help to make it work is frustrating and difficult.We are going to make everyone buying this, super easy.Look for the dishwasher conversion/adaptor kit.The adaptor is included, along with the hose.Buy two of the shortest ones, or buy the shorter hoses separately.You end up with extra hose lengths than required, but no one is going to look under our vanity to even notice.We love the faucet…-Doug

The heft and quality of the brass metal faucet, mounting hardware, and hoses is great. Was pleasantly surprised at how heavy it is, can tell its true metal all through. Not sure if the company took everyone's complaints to heart and changed the hoses but the ones included were 3/8"s, no need to buy other ones. Only issue for me is that its a little difficulty to tighten fully as the top doesn't have a nut to grab, did our best though. No leaks so far! Please make a version with a sprayer!

Firstly, we’re very happy with the product and are in the process of reordering for the powder room in our new house. This is an image of our previous master bath and we used these faucets in black for our vessel sinks. We did use a 4x4 cedar post to raise the height of the faucet, my husband drilled holes through and we then attached the plumbing that way, and they’ve worked out wonderfully. They felt solid and heavy, great detail, and weee easy to install if you’re handy

The media could not be loaded.  The 3D texture makes it look, classy and the matching drain sold separately is a must. I received a lot of compliments when someone's it for the first time.

The faucet is beautiful, directions were pathetic and connector to the water line was not the right size. A trip to the plumbing supply store solved the connector issue. Overall, I’m pleased with the results, and I was able to do it myself and I had never installed a faucet before. There was no mention of using Teflon tape on all connections so be sure to use the tape. Even though I had to buy new connector hoses, it was still a great value.

I LOVE this faucet! The detailing is gorgeous, it’s heavy duty, seems well made, and has a nice finish.HOWEVER…..I cannot install this as the connector hose is the wrong size and to adapt this would be like a 5 step process that could potentially leave room for leaks…. As you can see in the photos, the connector is too large (the yellow is the proper size) and the threading is different. Would love for the manufacturer/selling company to get back to me to supply me with a proper hose connector or adapter because I really don’t want to return it.Update:Bought all the prices required to install it and it looks beautiful.Contacted the seller and received excellent customer service.It ties my bathroom together and it’s so beautiful and great quality

LOVE THE TAP, IT IS BEAUTIFUL, HEAVY, DURABLE.BUTI CAN'T INSTALLi really need the manufacturer to get back to me to tell me what to buy, it says it is a 3/8 thread, but when we go to the plumbing store and ask for a 3/8 shut off to convert it down to 1/2 inch which si standard here, none of the 3/8 shut offs thread onto this as the threads are actually different.Please help, will adjust my review once i get the parts as the tap itself is outstanding. but sitting in a box.
