Q: My tray makes only two round balls. The others are just half. I am filling them correctly but the must be leaking. Any suggestions?

Please try to fill the water level at the max line and close the cover slowly!!! You will get the perfect shape round balls.

Q: Do I need to use a small funnel to fill the mold?

No. Fill the bottom section in the sink and assemble the mold making sure to seal it all the way around d. Then start a small stream from your faucet and direct it through the top holes. The stream should not be bigger than the hole. Do it in the sink so overflow is not a problem.

Q: Will this sphere ice mold leak everywhere when used?

It has never leaked for us. This is the best ice ball mold we have ever used. Definitely recommend!

Q: Is it easy to remove the ice balls from the mold?

I've found the easiest way to remove the ice from the mold is to do a quick rinse under running water, top & bottom. Set mold on counter for about 3-4 minutes. Take top off the mold & a slight twist at opposite corners of the bottom mold, the balls will pop out. Stubborn ones can literally be pushed out by turning bottom mold upside down & using your thumb to pop it out. Hope this helps.
