This stuff is a beast. I had blood work done and my B12 is levels were extremely high. That tells me my body actually absorbed it. My doctor said she wasn't worried about my levels being to high since it was from the supplement. However I now take 2 drop daily. So this is lasting me a long time. Not sure about my energy levels as I'm always tired. 😩I would buy it again based on the fact I know my body is actually absorbing it.
