The product comes with all the equipment mentioned.. But I'm a little concern on how thin the latex is..Barely felt like a straw...Couldn't really tell apart difference in resistance as well..Overall it's a hassle to incorporate as accident might outweight performance..

You get resistance rope of different level. It's good for beginners. I use it after strength training for streching. You can remove some resistance band to fit ur excercise.
