I just opened my package and used the coffee mug for the first time. I really love the design, and combination of insulation with a bamboo exterior, it makes it stand out and not have the traditional ceramic mug. It has a great ergonomic design with a good grip. Also, the bamboo exterior helps the coffee heat insulation and I didn't feel a burning sensation in my hand, and the lid stops from spilling any coffee while in movement or usually when I take it in my car in the morning, although it isn't completely leak proof it has saved me from several car stains. The mug holds a lot of coffee and the lid keeps it warm for a long period of time, great design, I love it!

I needed a simple coffee cup for my office. This does the job. It holds around a cup and a half (12 oz), is very very lightweight, and I can easily rinse and clean it in the sink without my hand getting stuck. The cup keeps warm, and heat isn't transmitted to the handle. Anti-slip part at the bottom is a nice touch. I just carry my coffee from the pot and to my desk, the lid does fine. Opening closing the knob can get difficult, so I just take the whole lid off to drink using the lip provided.

Wood falls off after a couple uses. Handle falls off. Wood splinters.

When hot coffee goes into the mug, the bottom swells up making it impossible to lie flat.

I like how it looks, and it keeps the coffee hot, which is great. Also, the cover makes so the coffee doesn't spill, which is also important. However, it is not easy to drink with the lid on, after I adjust the cover so there is an opening. Maybe it has to do with the shape of the opening, but the coffee goes everywhere, so I have to drink it with the lid completely off.

Love, love, love this mug. It is exactly what I was looking for to take with me on the go. It is an actual mug so it has a handle. It is light weight, it’s only 8 ounces (which is what I wanted), and best of all it keeps my coffee hot for an extended period of time. I highly recommend this product. It would be a great gift buy for friends for birthdays or Christmas, which is what I intend to do.

I have a somewhat mixed reaction to this mug. It's fit & finish is good. But, it is not sturdily made. I feels like if I really wanted to, I could tear the handle off in less than one minute. It's supposed to be insulated, but it gets really hot. (Not the handle, but the body of the mug.) Also, in any out door use, the spot where the bamboo meets the stainless steel up by the lip concerns me. There's just enough of a gap for bacteria collect and go crazy. You'll be picking up this bacteria every time your put your lips on this cup. Overall, I'd say this - the cup is a cute idea, and reasonably well-executed, but not a design that really works. I would not buy this again, and I don't think anyone else should. I don't know how i will use this. It would make a dandy paperclip holder.

My coffee (what's a nice word for snob?) enthusiast boyfriend loves this mug, which says a lot because he is incredibly picky with everything he uses. He says the fact that it is lightweight it his favorite part, but he also likes that the lid provides a tight close so it stays warm a bit longer than a hot coffee would in a styrofoam cup.
